West Ham United have already secured a place in the Premier League next season after going through a difficult start in the league earlier this season.
The Hammers have also made it to the UEFA Conference League final, where they will face Fiorentina next month.
After the initial concerns over David Moyes’ future, recent reports in the United Kingdom have indicated the Scot would continue to manage West Ham beyond this season.
That hasn’t stopped L’Equipe from discussing the possibility of West Ham looking for an ideal successor for the former Everton manager.
It’s explained that Paulo Fonseca could be an option for the Premier League side as he’s still ‘attracting interest’ from them.
The newspaper further adds the London club’s interest hasn’t materialised in a concrete way so far. The 50-year-old has been in charge of Lille since the start of this season and the Ligue 1 side are now in contention to qualify for the Europa League.
If West Ham win the Conference League, the chances of Moyes staying at the English club next season could increase considerably.
