Leo Hjelde has made five appearances for Leeds United since he arrived at Elland Road in 2021.
The 19-year-old was largely restricted to a substitute’s role in the first half of last season and was then sent out on loan to Rotherham United in the winter market. He made 13 appearances for the Championship side this year.
