Juan Foyth’s agent has ‘offered’ the Tottenham Hotspur defender to Real Sociedad, Valencia and Villarreal, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The 22-year-old has lost prominence under José Mourinho and hasn’t made a single appearance for Spurs in 2020, through a mixture of injury and managerial choice.

It’s claimed the centre-back wants to play regularly this season, but the the Portuguese tactician no longer counts on him.

The Argentine is not short of suitors as Leeds United came forward with a €25m offer before signing Diego Llorente from Sociedad. However, Tottenham were not keen on allowing him to join the Whites.

Spurs don’t want to cut ties with ‘one of the young promises’ of Argentina, which is why his agent is looking for a loan move.

Mundo claims various sources are stating Valencia are in ‘pole’ position and they are already ‘negotiating’ with his agent.

La Real are facing two problems to sign the player.

The first one is that Spurs are ‘asking for some money’ for the loan transfer and Valencia owner Peter Lim ‘could ruin the operation’ for the San Sebastian based club.

Mundo’s report comes a day after Cadena COPE explained Valencia are ‘negotiating’ with both Spurs and Foyth’s agent to take the defender on a loan deal.
