Edin Dzeko will be leaving AS Roma at the end of the season.
At least, that’s what Corriere dello Sport are reporting on Friday, explaining the Bosnia international is ‘packing his bags’ and has arrived at the ‘final stop’ of his adventure with the Serie A side.
Fortunately for him, clubs such as West Ham, Everton and Inter are all prepared to welcome him with open arms, as he has just one year left on his current deal with Roma, who don’t appear ready to offer him a new one.
The Hammers’ interest is once again brought to the fore, explaining they have been following him since the January transfer window.
In fact, Corriere believe West Ham and Manuel Pellegrini would be willing to go up to €15m to acquire the 33-year-old’s services.
This comes after TuttoMercatoWeb reported West Ham and Newcastle both made €10m offers for Dzeko, which Roma deemed ‘too little’ for them to agree.
It appears the London based side took note and found an extra €5m down the back of the sofa.
