Sabah today claim West Ham United are still monitoring the situation with Fenerbahce defender Jayden Oosterwolde.

The Dutchman has been linked with a move to the Hammers in the past week, along with a host of other clubs.

According to Sabah, West Ham are still in the race to sign Oosterwolde, along with Bournemouth, AS Roma and Napoli. It’s claimed these clubs are knocking on the door to sign the defender but may be put off by his valuation.

Previous reports in Turkey said the player was valued in the region of €13m, but Sabah now reports the Super Lig side are looking for offers up to €30m.

Earlier this week we covered reports from Turkey that West Ham face competition from fellow Premier League sides Ipswich Town, Brentford and Nottingham Forest. Parma were also reported to be interested in the 23-year-old.

Oosterwolde made 39 appearances for Fenerbahce last season, scoring 2 goals. He’s contracted to the Yellow Canaries until June 2027.

The Fener player can be used either as central defender or left back.
