Roberto Pereyra enjoyed a successful debut season at Juventus, but made only 16 appearances last season due to a serious injury.
The Argentine international has four years left on his contract in Turin, but rumours continue to link him with a move to the Premier League.
According to Italian website Mondo Udinese, Watford remain interested in Pereyra, who is also attracting interested from Russia. Mondo Udinese say Pereyra is leaving Juventus, and the Serie A giants want €16m for him.
It is reported the offer is already there, but Watford face competition from other interested clubs. You’d expect both parties to reach to a compromise since there isn’t a big difference between their valuations of the player.
Juventus signed Pereyra for €14m, and it seems they’ll make a small profit on the player should they decide to sell him. Earlier, reports have also linked Pereyra to West Ham and Swansea.
