Tottenham Hotspur scouts were present at the match between Viitroul and CFR Cluj to watch young Romanian midfielder Razvan Marin, reports Il Mattino in Italy.
However, the Premier League side aren’t the only ones taking interest in the performances of the 20-year-old.
Il Mattino say the youngster is followed by several clubs from Europe, including the likes of Napoli, Juventus, Italy, and PSV.
Marin didn’t disappoint the onlookers as he produced a man of the match performance in a 2-1 win over CFR Cluj.
There isn’t any mention of offers yet from the interested clubs, but that could change in the coming months.
Earlier this month, Marin also made his debut for the Romanian national team in a 5-0 win over Armenia, and also scored a goal.
The midfielder is a product of the Viitroul academy, and interest from some top European clubs shows the Romanian international could get a big move soon.
