On June 20th, Hürriyet said Tottenham Hotspur had offered €22m to sign Victor Nelsson. It was also stated he had asked Galatasaray to accept the bid because he’s keen to join the Premier League side.
Last Thursday, Milliyet reported the Turkish club’s vice-president, Erden Timur, made a trip to London, where he held talks with Spurs for the defender.
