Galatasaray continue to be keen on Manchester United’s Victor Lindelöf.
That’s according to TuttoMercatoWeb, who state the centre-back is the ‘hot name’ for the Turkish club to improve their defence.
The 30-year-old has just over six months left on his contract at Manchester United.
Lindelöf has been limited to less than 300 minutes of action from eight games, partly due to an injury.
TMW suggest the Red Devils seem to have no plans to offer him a new deal and he could soon leave Old Trafford.
Galatasaray could be an option for the Sweden international as they have circled his name in red. The report states the Istanbul club ‘dream of a big coup’ of securing his services.
TMW don’t make it clear whether Galatasaray are keen on signing the defender in January or next summer. The player, for his part, could be open to making a switch to the Turkish club.
Last month, Lindelöf stated he’s aware there’ll be rumours around his future because his deal at Manchester United expires in 2025. His future beyond this season is likely to be away from Ruben Amorim’s side.
