Fotomac have today claimed Everton are the latest club to show an interest in Galatasaray attacker Garry Rodrigues.
The Cape Verde international has impressed for the Turkish champions this season and he’s been linked with a move to Newcastle United in recent months.
Then Turkish newspaper have gone with the headline ‘Premier League is calling’, as there’s a chance the 27 year old could arrive in England this summer.
According to Fotomac, Everton’s scouts have been been reporting back to manager Sam Allardyce about Garry Rodrigues, and there’sa chance of another Turkish Super Lig player arriving at Goodison Park, following the arrival of Cenk Tosun last month.
Newcastle United and Rafael Benitez have also been showing an interest in Rodrigues, and last month they had a €8m bid rejected by Galatasaray.
It’s expected Newcastle United will go back in for the winger, but they should expect to pay in the region of €15-20m.
