The Daily Juan Foyth to Tottenham Hotspur update is here from Argentina, this time from Diario Hoy, and yet again it’s positive for the Spurs transfer.
Crucially, one of the team representing Foyth is named. Claudio Curti has told Diario Hoy that Foyth will find out today when he travels to London to sign for Tottenham.
What had originally been Monday/Tuesday, quickly changed to Wednesday/Thursday, and now it’s quite possible Foyth won’t be in England before the weekend.
Estudiantes and Tottenham have wanted all the paperwork exhcnaged and checked before Foyth travels, and perhaps the reasoning for that is becoming even clearer.
Diario Hoy report Foyth will be travelling to Europe with ‘his whole family’, which underlines what a big deal the Tottenham Hotspur transfer is for the young defender and those close to him.
Of course, the whole family travelling to London only for the transfer to collapse would be calamitous, so there’s been a delay whilst the paperwork gets sorted out.
Now Foyth is expected to leave Argentina ‘between tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday’.
