It seems like former Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino is up to his old tricks with a claim in the Italian media he could sack Brescia manager Roberto Boscaglia today.

Cellino purchased Brescia last summer after selling his remaining stake in Leeds United.

Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla reports Boscaglia could be shown the door after Brescia’s crushing 4-2 defeat to Salernitana yesterday. This leaves Brescia close to the relegation places, and subsequently Cellino is looking to make changes.

It’s also been claimed the Brescia chief could look to bring in former AC Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi as Boscaglia’s replacement. The Juventus legend is the current manager of Venezia.

Leeds United fans will remember quite well that the coming and going of managers was a frequent occurrence at Elland Road during Cellino’s reign, as was his brushes with the law.

Before he arrived at Leeds United in 2014 he’d earned the nickname ‘Manager Eater’ after the number of coaches he employed whilst Cagliari president.
