Inevitably, the biggest news around Juventus right now relates to the proposed European Super League. The Turin club are right in the mix, and are thought to have been pushing for the breakaway as much as anyone else.
Andrea Agnelli has been annoyed at his own failure to build a Juventus squad which could win the Champions League, and has repeatedly spoken out about supposed lesser clubs having the temerity to usurp the side he inherited.
Despite all of that, Moise Kean is still getting a mention. Indeed, should the plans go ahead it makes it likelier Juventus could pay Everton £40m+ for a player they may not even want to start matches.
Moise Kean’s brother, Giovanni, has been speaking to Turin newspaper Tuttosport about a potential return for the striker to Juventus. The Everton owned player is going through a successful loan spell at PSG and that’s seen his value, both sportingly and financially, rise in recent months.
“As a Juventus fan, I hope Moise will return to Juventus. At the right moment my brother and Raiola will choose the best option. Would Moise have been convenient for Andrea Pirlo? Surely. But, apart from my brother, from the outside it seems to me that this year the enthusiasm of the years of great triumphs has been lacking.”
