According to a claim in the Swedish media, Molde are interested in signing Leeds United attacker Pawel Cibicki.
The Swede only signed for Leeds United from Malmo last summer but has struggled since arriving at Elland Road.
Expressen today report Molde are looking to sign Cibicki, and they claim a deal could be done in the coming weeks. It’s also claimed the move is likely to be a loan rather than a permanent transfer.
Molde’s manager Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be working hard on the deal to take the Leeds United player to Norway.
This is the second time Cibicki has been linked with a return to Scandinavia since signing for Leeds United.
During the last transfer window, it was reported the 24 year old was in talks to sign for Danish club Brondby, but a deal never materialised. Earlier this summer, Cibicki was spotted at a Legia Warsaw match, sparking transfer rumours, but it was insisted he was just there on holiday.
Cibicki is contracted to Leeds United until June 2021.
