Despite many clubs being linked to Torino defender Gleison Bremer for the past few months, we’ve recently seen rumours about Liverpool’s interest rising.
It was first the Italian press who claimed the Reds are one of the ‘most active clubs’ in the race for the 24-year-old, and then the Brazilian media confirmed the contacts with his entourage.
Following Torino playing Milan on Tuesday, Bremer was praised by Rossoneri centre-forward Olivier Giroud, who had a personal battle with him for the 90 minutes.
That highlights the good form the reported Liverpool target has been having, and of course, fuels the rumours of a transfer as well, so Calciomercato now have one thing or two to talk about his situation.
The outlet points out that Inter Milan and Milan are both interested in Bremer, with the ‘first dialogues’ for the move already taking place.
It’s also claimed that the player becomes ‘an interesting market opportunity’ due to the evaluation made by Torino, which is of between €8m-€10m.
It’s said the good start of season raised his price, but the end of his contract in 2023 means they can’t make it too big.
So in case Liverpool are also interested, that’s a sign that Bremer could be an affordable target for the upcoming windows.
