Tuttomercatoweb have on Monday morning claimed an exclusive on the future of Manchester City’s Joe Hart, however it doesn’t appear to be a huge update on the situation.
They state that Torino are interested in a loan and working on the possible deal, something which the Italian club have already confirmed themselves.
It’s explained any temporary move would be a ‘dry’ loan, which means no clause to make the move permanent, that was to be expected in this situation.
There are developments expected on the potential move today, say TMW, but again that would be a given, because the transfer window closes on Wednesday.
The biggest leap forward is that TMW say there are ‘positive feelings’ on the potential deal, so it sounds like there’s some optimism a deal can be done.
Hart is of a better level than Torino, who finished 12th in Serie A last season, but at this stage of the window it’s very hard for him to find a genuinely good opportunity.
TMW have since reported Torino have submitted an offer relating to payments of wages, and an answer is expected from Manchester this afternoon.
