Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic has insisted there has been no ‘concrete’ offer from Manchester United for him as yet.
Kalajdzic is looking likely to be hot property this summer, with several big European sides believed to be keen in him.
He’s already been touted as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who is refusing to sign a new deal at the Allianz Arena and could be on his way out.
Manchester United are also believed to be keen, with Erik ten Haag looking to add another striker to his squad this summer with Edinson Cavani departing.
Indeed, just yesterday it was stated that Manchester United had ‘enquired’ about the 24-year-old, who would be available for a fee of €20m.
That suggested they may have already made the first steps towards securing a transfer this summer, even if the competition for his signature is high.
The striker, though, insists he’s not heard from Manchester United or any of his other reported suitors as yet.
“In the next few days, I’ll be holding talks with Stuttgart and my advisor Sascha Empacher,” he told Krone.
“The hot days are coming, and not just in terms of the weather. There’s still nothing concrete on the table from Bayern or anyone else.
“I wasn’t consistent this season: shoulder surgery, calf problems, Corona – it was the toughest season of my career. That’s why I’m even happier with the way everything ended!”
