Juventus’ director Beppe Marotta isn’t afraid of saying which players could be in the club’s interest when the summer market comes.

As covered by us a couple of days ago, the official had no problem in saying that the Old Lady are in the race for Liverpool’s Emre Can, as the midfielder can be signed on a free deal next summer.

And it turns out that in the same interview, Marotta also spoke about Manchester United fullback Matteo Darmian, who’s been much linked to Juventus.

Asked about the possibility to bring the player back to Italy in the summer market, Marotta said: “He is a Manchester United player. I can say that he is good and interesting.” (via Tuttosport).

Some rumours in Italy have been claiming that Darmian has already accepted a move to Juventus, and has told his representatives to carry on with the negotiations, as the Old Lady still need to find an agreement with Manchester United.

But there should be more competition for the player from Italy, since Napoli are another side said to be interested.
