Besiktas are planning to bring Dele Alli to the club from Everton ‘within hours’ after finally reaching an agreement for a loan deal.
That’s according to journalist Gokmen Ozcan, who says the Turkish side have their private plane on standby ready to fly to England to collect the midfielder.
Dele has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park over the last fortnight, having struggled to impress at Everton since his move from Tottenham in January.
Besiktas are leading the race for his signature and have been pushing to get a loan deal over the line for the best part of the last week.
Earlier today, we covered a report that stated they had now managed to do so, reaching an agreement on a loan deal with Everton that includes an €8m option to buy next summer.
That report stated they were hoping to have Dele in Istanbul tonight to finalise the move and Ozcan now backs that up, stating the midfielder could be in Turkey ‘within hours’.
According to his information, as soon as the signatures are in place, Besiktas plan to send their private plane to collect him and fly him to the club.
That would suggest negotiations are now very advanced with Everton and the deal should be closed imminently.
