Door for Tottenham to sign striker ‘may officially open soon’ – Spurs unwilling to buy him outright

Having sold Harry Kane to Bayern Munich earlier this month, Tottenham Hotspur are looking for a new striker. Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku has emerged as one of the options for the north London club.

At the weekend, Calciomercato stated Spurs have held preliminary contacts with the 30-year-old over a potential transfer.

Apart from Tottenham, Juventus and a move to Saudi Arabia are other options currently handled by Lukaku.
