On April 30th, Tuttosport reported Crystal Palace and Brentford are among the clubs to have sent officials to watch Matias Soulé live in action for Frosinone.

The winger has been on loan from Juventus since last summer and has excelled this season, scoring 11 goals and registering three assists from 36 games.

Gazzetta dello Sport state Soulé’s form and impressive statistics hasn’t gone unnoticed in the Premier League.

It’s explained that the 21-year-old is ‘especially popular’ in England, where Crystal Palace and Brentford are named as interested parties.

His deal with the Turin club lasts until 2026, but his future is far away from them. That’s because the Old Lady are considering parting ways with the Argentine in order to help them raise funds, which is needed to carry out signings in the summer window.

With Crystal Palace and Brentford interested, the report states the Serie A side ‘expect to receive offers’ over €30m, possibly around €35m, from England for Soulé.

As well as the Eagles and Thomas Frank’s side, Newcastle United and Southampton are also in the picture to sign the South American. These clubs have already been told about the conditions needed to sign the attacker in the next window.
