Norwich City may not be going to the Premier League next season, but that doesn’t mean Gabriel Sara will be staying in the Championship.

Reports from Brazil now claim that the player actually has the chance to move to a top flight club this summer.

UOL is one of those reporting it. They say that Sara has been approached by a few Premier League sides lately.

It’s claimed that Norwich City haven’t received any bids so far because they still had a chance for promotion, until losing to Leeds United last night.

Journalist Jorge Nicola says something similar, claiming that following a very good season, it’s ‘natural’ that Sara gets a move to the Premier League next season.

The Brazilian had 14 goals and 13 assists in 53 appearances for Norwich City this season, and those numbers are expected to draw the interest from some clubs.

The Canaries spent €10.5m to sign the player from São Paulo in the summer of 2022. In case they sell him for more than that, his former club will get 10% of the profit, and will be watching out for that potential transfer.
