Leeds United star Tyler Adams is today acclaimed by the Italian media, who cover Inter Milan interest in the midfielder.

The reason for that is obviously his performances at the World Cup, where he’s leading the United States team and helped them to qualify for the knock-out stage.

It’s Gazzetta Dello Sport who features an entire piece to tell Adams’ story, back from the start of career to his €17m move to Leeds United last summer.

The outlet then points out that by investing that much money on his signing just a few months ago, the Whites are unlikely to be interested in a sale now, making a transfer unlikely to happen ‘anytime soon’.

Gazzetta Dello Sport point out that Manchester United were recently linked to him, but their main concern is that Inter Milan are ‘impressed’ with what the midfielder has recently been showing.

However, highlighting that any club would need an ‘indispensable figure’ to get him from Leeds, they make it clear that Adams is returning to Elland Road after the World Cup, and should continue playing there for a while.
