Udinese’s Destiny Udogie has ended up on the radar of Brighton & Hove Albion.

Messaggero Veneto have a report stating the Serie A side could receive an offer for the 19-year-old.

Udinese owner Giampaolo Pozzo has informed the left-back’s Italian suitors, Inter Milan and Juventus, that he is not ready to part ways with the player.

Pozzo’s stance could change if there is an ‘indispensable offer’ in this window. As it stands, the Italian club have not received any such proposals. The report, however, adds there’s interest from the Premier League.

Brighton have ‘no shortage of pounds’ to sign the Italy U21 international. In recent days, the Seagulls ‘made it clear’ they are interested in signing the fullback, and they’ve made contact to find out the level of offer needed.

Udogie’s ‘dream’ is to make a switch to England. With Brighton showing interest in him, it is possible for the teenager to fulfil his aims this summer.

It will take Graham Potter’s side a ‘lot of millions’ to secure his services, with it stated Udinese will need at least €35m to sanction the player’s sale.
