Arsenal are yet to open up to loaning Jakub Kiwior back to Italy this month, but the player would prefer to be playing ahead of Euro 2024.
That’s according to TMW, who say the Arsenal man has ‘opened up the possibility’ of returning to Serie A just one year after leaving it for Arsenal.
The outlet explains that a deal for Kiwior appears difficult to get done in the January transfer window given that Arsenal, as yet, have not opened up to the idea of a loan with a right to buy.
Kiwior, though, would be open to the idea and has two clubs in mind, AC Milan, who have followed him for some time, and Juventus, who watched the player while he was at Spezia.
Their interest comes from director of football Cristiano Giuntoli, who followed him at Napoli and maintains an interest in him.
An offer from ‘a big club’ would be taken into consideration by the Arsenal man, while the likes of Roma would have to work further to convince him and the Gunners into a deal.
The situation is likely to move more easily in June than it is now, with the lack of time making it difficult, with Milan certainly having the money and ready to pay it for him.
