Fichajes features a story saying English sides Arsenal and Leicester City are two clubs who’ve been interested in the player’s development in La Liga.
The Gunners and Foxes are said to be ‘very attentive’ to Pino’s evolution, with ‘numerous reports’ about the winger’s potential.
Even though Villarreal have the player protected with a contract until 2024, Fichajes points out the La Liga side now have a good margin to once again extend the youngster’s deal, as they don’t want to worry about another big exit from the club.
At this age, Pino is already valued by Transfermarkt at €15m, so we know Arsenal and Leicester City wouldn’t find a cheap deal for his arrival. He has one goal and three assists in nine appearances for Villarreal this season.
