AC Milan are continued to be named as suitors for Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech and Armando Broja.

The Serie A winners need to bolster their attack in January and are looking at the Blues duo, who have struggled for game time this season.

Ziyech has made one league start for Chelsea and is yet to score a goal or manage an assist, while the striker has started twice in the league and has managed a goal and an assist from 18 appearances in all competitions this season.

Despite their failure to shine for the west London club, the Rossoneri have their eyes on the two attackers.

Corriere dello Sport state Milan’s idea is to sign one between Ziyech and Broja, but ‘an attempt for both will be made under due conditions’.

The ex-Ajax man is currently with Morocco at the 2022 World Cup, and he will be hoping the FIFA tournament in Qatar will provide a platform for him to attract suitors for the winter market.

Ziyech could join Milan on loan, provided he takes a pay cut.

Broja’s profile, meanwhile, continues to tease Stefano Pioli’s side, but a potential deal for the Albanian will depend on Chelsea’s willingness to let him go out on loan in the second half of this season.

The axis between Milan and London remains ‘hot’ as the Rossoneri have both Ziyech and Broja on their transfer agenda for January, and a lot could depend on how lenient those in charge at Stamford Bridge end up being.
