On January 3rd, L’Equipe reported Wolverhampton Wanderers are in negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Noha Lemina, who is currently on loan at Sampdoria.
The 18-year-old has hardly been given opportunities with the Italian club’s first team, getting for minutes with their reserve side. That hasn’t put off other clubs, including Wolves and Lille.
A fresh report from L’Equipe states the Ligue 1 side have joined Wolves in the chase to sign the forward.
The report states several clubs have already contacted the Paris club and Wolves are one of them.
It’s said Gary O’Neil’s side were ‘very pressing’ for Lemina at one time, but are currently further behind in the transfer race.
Noha’s brother Mario Lemina is already at the Premier League side and that could give them an advantage in the transfer race. However, Wolves have to regain the lead, if they wish to unite the Lemina brothers at Molineux.
