Hector Bellerin will leave Arsenal this summer following his successful loan spell at Real Betis this season.
That’s according to journalist Matteo Moretto, who says Fiorentina have recently made an enquiry about the full-back.
Bellerin has rediscovered himself this season while on loan with his boyhood club, who moved to snap him up on loan from Arsenal last summer.
He’s been a big hit at the club, and they are keen to keep him on a permanent basis, but at the moment, the finances are not right for Betis to make the deal permanent.
And it now seems they face competition for him, with Moretto reporting that Fiorentina ‘have asked for information’ about the Spaniard.
At the moment, Bellerín’s ‘priority’ is to stay at Betis, but that deal isn’t being offered, and Fiorentina are showing an interest.
Where he ends up remains to be seen but what is clear is he ‘will leave’ Arsenal, who don’t have him in their plans and would be more than happy to get rid of €4m a year wages.
Héctor Bellerín dejará el Arsenal en verano: le queda un año de contrato a 4M€ netos y NO está en los planes del club inglés. La prioridad del jugador es quedarse en el Betis pero en las últimas semanas también se ha informado a la Fiorentina. @relevo
