Spain suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of England in the UEFA Nations League clash at Estadio Benito Villamarín on Monday.
A day after the defeat, Spanish newspapers Mundo Deportivo, Sport, AS and Marca were critical about their players and Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea did not receive good ratings after conceding three times in the first half.
Gareth Southgate’ side had three shots on target and converted all their chances.
Today’s edition of ABC de Sevilla has now joined other publications in criticising the goalkeeper for his poor display while representing La Roja.
The report claims nowadays it looks like Spain will concede on every occasion the opposition registers a shot on target, which shows the former Atletico Madrid stopper ‘continues to be unreliable’.
ABC goes on to suggest that it feels like the Old Trafford fan favourite is stuck to the cross bar and is allergic to being comfortable in his own area.
They are also critical about Luis Enrique for making De Gea indisputable, despite Kepa Arrizabalaga’s impressive displays since joining Chelsea in the summer. 
Jose Mourinho’s side face Chelsea in the next league clash on Saturday and United fans will be hoping that De Gea could be back at his best to help the Red Devils clinch three points against the Blues.
