West Ham United and Crystal Palace have emerged as potential contenders for Idrissa Gueye, according to Le10 Sport.
The defensive midfielder left Everton for the Ligue 1 winners last summer, and signed a four-year contract with Les Parisiens.
However, his chances of continuing at PSG beyond the ongoing transfer window looks slim, as their sporting director, Leonardo, has already confirmed the club are looking to offload some of the players to raise funds.
As per the report, the Senegal international is ‘most likely’ to leave Thomas Tuchel’s side as he’s leading the line of those players who could exit Parc des Princes.
Le10 Sport state Gueye could return to England, and that’s when West Ham and Crystal Palace are mentioned.
There’s talk about Roy Hodgson’s side, while the Hammers have shown interest in the 30-year-old in recent days.
Le10 state these two tracks ‘clearly’ indicate the English market ‘remains the main way out’ for Gueye as his future is no longer certain at PSG.
Gueye made 20 league appearances in his first season at PSG, and has started in his side’s first two matches this term.
