Following West Ham United announcing his exit, David Moyes has also spoken about parting ways at the end of the season, and the manager believes that it’s the correct decision for all involved.

Julen Lopetegui appears nailed on to be the replacement, with the Hammers moving for the Spaniard after speaking to others. He was supposed to be on his way to AC Milan, yet a very odd campaign from supporters, a campaign which turned full social media and lost some sense of reality, ended that chance and West Ham soon arrived.

According to Bild am Sonntag, Lopetegui isn’t the only manager with a chance. In a big article about Edin Terzic, they say the Borussia Dortmund manager is wanted in the Premier League, with the Hammers being one of the clubs thinking about appointing him.

Terzic has worked at West Ham previously, which will obviously help to encourage links both now and in the future, but at this stage this all feels like a Bild effort to hype the manager after a very mixed season.

It could all end with Champions League glory, yet even Bild point out he was almost sacked just before Christmas.

To give an idea of how much this story feels more about hype than reality, the other two clubs linked are Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United. West Ham look the likeliest, on account of needing a new manager and having history with Terzic, but it still seems a bit out there.
