Everton star Richarlison is wanted by Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.

Two days ago, UOL journalist Bruno Andrade reported talks between the Toffees and Spurs for the forward have progressed well.

He had also explained the north London club are hoping to conclude the deal this week.

Andrade took to Twitter again to further back up his earlier claim and then provide the latest update on the 25-year-old’s chances of ending up at Tottenham.

According to the journalist, Antonio Conte’s side ‘aim to sign’ the 25-year-old ‘by Friday’.

Tottenham seem to be on track to achieve this as they’ve already had a ‘verbal agreement’ with the Brazil international for a five-year contract since the start of this week.

With regards to an agreement with Everton, Andrade explains Spurs could conclude the deal with Frank Lampard’s side for a fee of around £60m.

Richarlison played a key role in helping the Merseyside club avoid relegation from the top flight last season, managing 10 goals and five assists from 30 league matches.

This week on Twitter he’s favourited a couple of posts from Everton fans wishing him well and regretting his impending departure.
