Would it really be a transfer deadline day without claims surrounding the future of Kamil Grosicki? Probably not.

Throughout his career, the 32-year-old has been involved in multiple transfer sagas, often happening late on deadline day, and often ending up with a result he didn’t really want.

The West Brom player has picked up 149 minutes of Premier League football this season, managing to get himself an assist in the match against West Ham United earlier this month.

Things have been a little brighter for Grosicki since Sam Allardyce took over at the Baggies, yet that hasn’t stopped rumours coming from Poland.

Sportowe Fakty say the West Brom player is trying to find a new club in the final hours before the January market closes. There’s been interest from Dijon in France’s Ligue 1, but it’s not thought the club can go anywhere close to the wages Grosicki would want.

Legia Warsaw has also been a possible destination, however, there’s been no real effort in that regard.

Grosicki will simply have to cross his fingers and hope a miracle happens.
