Earlier on Monday, the Italian media continued their trend of pushing Kim Min-jae to Manchester United.
Calciomercato were the ones, stating the player had received a big contract offer from the Red Devils, and the player was inclined to say yes to it.
Having just won Serie A with Napoli in his first year with the club, the South Korean could now be set for a quick move to Manchester United, with the claims being backed up by journalist Raimondo De Magistris, who was speaking to Radio Gol, relayed by Area Napoli.
Asked about the future of the Italian club, where a few changes could take place this summer, he was quick to talk about Kim Min-jae.
He said: “As far as the team is concerned, for Kim, we have to wait until July. Napoli would like to keep him, renew his contract, but the knife is on the player’s side. Manchester United offered him a big salary. Kim is inclined to accept it.”
This fall in line with what Calciomercato were reporting earlier on in the day, and is just the latest in a long line of claims that the centre-back will be moving to Old Trafford once the window opens on July 1st, at which point Manchester United will have 15 days to trigger his release clause.
