Gleison Bremer has told Marca that he’s happy at Juventus amid claims of interest from both Manchester United and Chelsea.
The centre-back has been a regular since joining the Serie A side from Torino in 2022, and he was rewarded with a new contract [until 2028] last December. That hasn’t stopped him from getting linked to the Red Devils repeatedly.
On May 18th, Tuttosport reported that Manchester United are ready to get serious for the 27-year-old.
Brazil manager Dorival Júnior has included the defender in his squad for the Copa América, and that gave Marca a chance to speak to him.
The Spanish outlet asked whether he will be at Juve for a long time after mentioning the recent reports of Manchester United and Chelsea’s interest.
Responding to that, he said: “Yes, I am in a great club, the biggest in the world, and I am happy. I just won my first title and I want to make history. It is clear that you can never say never. We’ll see what happens.”
Marca then asked the South American whether he wants to play in Spain in the future.
“Yes, there are clubs like Madrid or Barca that are top. La Liga, Serie A and the Premier League are the best leagues in the world, that’s why one day I would like to try, but, I insist, I am happy at Juve,” Bremer explained.
