Juventus defender Dean Huijsen is one step away from joining Bournemouth, with only a medical left to finalise the deal.
That’s according to journalist Gianluca di Marzio, who reports that the defender only has the medical checks left to do before completing his move to the south coast.
Reports throughout today have seen Bournemouth closing in on a deal for Huijsen, with it explained via various journalists in Italy than an agreement had been struck with Juventus for him.
Those reports made it clear that the defender was happy to make the move this summer and it was now quickly progressing.
Di Marzio has now added his voice to the chorus, reporting that ‘all is well’ between Juventus and Bournemouth for the defender.
According to his information, the two sides have reached an agreement on a deal wort €15m plus €3m in bonuses for the Huijsen, while Juventus will also earn 10% of a future resale.
Those negotiations are now done and agreed up and all that is missing is ‘visits and signatures’. That means the player simply has to travel for a medical, pass those and then sign his contract as a Bournemouth player.
With an agreement now in place that is presumably set to be scheduled post haste. Indeed, we’d expect even more details today or at some point in the near future.
