Despite Dusan Vlahovic’s ten goals for Juventus this season, this has been a difficult period for the striker, with the Italian media demanding a lot more from him.
The Old Lady spent €81.6m to sign him from Fiorentina last year, and with that investment, the demands for better performances have been big.
It turns out that as Vlahovic’s early exit from Juventus is already becoming a strong rumour, Manchester United are labelled as potential destination for him.
That information is featured today in a story from CalcioMercato.it, who speaks of the clubs who are interested in the player.
There it’s claimed that Manchester United are ‘in front row’ to get Vlahovic signed, as the ‘pressing’ from Premier League clubs continues.
The Red Devils are expected to have the competition from Bayern Munich, as he’s on the German’s list which includes the likes of Harry Kane and Gonçalo Ramos.
An advantage for Manchester United is that the German side would not be keen on spending over €70m on the signing, meaning Juventus may be waiting for something better to come from Old Trafford in order to recoup as much of their original expenditure as possible.
