Last month, we covered claims from Italy which stated Manchester City have included Juventus goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio in their target list.

The Premier League club’s interest in the 27-year-old is now reported again in Italy by Tutto Juve.

They share the latest on Manchester City and the Serie A club’s stance on the goalkeeper.

It’s claimed the Citizens ‘want to sign’ the player who joined Juventus from AC Monza last summer.

The stopper has kept 15 clean sheets and conceded 34 goals from 34 matches for the Old Lady. His contract lasts until 2029 and the Turin club consider him ‘essential’ to their long-term project.

Therefore, Juventus aren’t willing to let the player leave at the end of this season. The report states they will only consider sanctioning Di Gregorio’s sale if there’s an offer of more than €60m in the summer.

At this point in time, there’s been no formal contact between Pep Guardiola’s side and Juve for the Italian.

The report states the English club could intensify interest in Di Gregorio as we get closer to the next window. If Manchester City are keen, they would have to invest at least €60m to secure his services.

Tutto Juve make no mention if the stopper’s stance on this potential transfer.
