AC Milan should make a move for Leeds United forward Luis Sinisterra this summer as the squad needs a player like him.
That’s according to journalist Carlo Pellegatti, who believes that the 23-year-old could be a valuable addition for the Champions League semi-finalists.
Sinisterra joined Leeds in a €25m deal from Feyenoord in the summer transfer window last year as they strengthened their squad and looked to replace Raphinha.
It proved to be a frustrating campaign for him and the club, though, as injuries limited him to featuring in just 26% of the available minutes in the Premier League.
He still managed five goals in the 19 appearances he made but was unable to keep Leeds in the Premier League.
It now remains to be seen if he remains at Elland Road, with Leeds sure to need to overhaul the squad and cut costs for life back in the Championship.
And AC Milan should be looking to take advantage of that, according to Pellegatti, who believes Sinisterra would be a valuable addition for the Italian side.
“I’ll give you three names that probably won’t come up, but I’ll say Marcus Thuram, who has to give an answer and I’d like him,” he told Siti Commesse.
“I’d like on the right or left flank a quick player like Sinisterra from Leeds. Although he seems a bit further away now, I would also have liked Loftus-Cheek.
“Those are the 3 names, of course Milinkovic-Savic as number ten would also be the best. But I’d also like my horse to win The Arc de Triomphe.”
