Fulham are reportedly being tough in negotiations for Rodrigo Muniz.

Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola today shares a video saying the Whites won’t let the striker leave the club so easily this summer.

According to the report, three sides have been in touch for the Fulham player. Those are Atlético Mineiro, Cruzeiro and Grêmio.

The problem is that the Craven Cottage side have ‘completely ruled out’ a loan to Brazilian clubs, and said they’re only selling the striker for a fee of €10m.

Fulham’s request was enough for Cruzeiro and Grêmio to back down. Atlético Mineiro could still submit an offer for a purchase, but that’s expected to be below that demand.

The Whites signed Muniz in an €8m deal from Flamengo in 2021. The striker even showed good form in their campaign for promotion to the Premier League, but ended up being loaned to Middlesbrough last summer.

His time at Boro wasn’t the best, with only two goals in 17 matches. That’s probably what encourages Brazilian clubs to try his signing, but Fulham seem to be confident they can still find a good deal for him.
