Everton are planning a double blow at Udinese, according to reports from Italy.
Outlet Tutto Udinese writes that following the Toffees’ interest in Rodrigo Becão and Beto, the club are preparing an attempt to sign the two at once.
The report claims Everton are ‘ready to put €35m the table’ for the duo. They say the situation will ‘be monitored’ and ‘remain in progress’ until the summer window is open.
The players are labelled as Udinese’s ‘jewels’, with the Italian club actually expecting the approaches for them, and now they see those sirens ‘already beginning’.
Everton have been linked to Rodrigo Becão since the last summer, and the claims of a fresh attempt have become a subject in the past few days.
The situation with Beto is a bit similar, although those rumours started when the summer window was already closed, and the Toffees reportedly made an attempt to sign him in January. With the move not being possible by then, he’s set to be a target at the end of the season.
That’s why the Serie A side are well prepared for the attempts to sign their players, and we wonder if €35m will be enough for the two.
