Eintracht Frankfurt’s Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe has ended up on Everton’s transfer agenda.
The midfielder managed 10 goals and five assists from 44 games in all competitions last season. He was an unused substitute in his side’s DFB-Pokal win over Eintracht Braunschweig on Monday.
RMC Sport now claim Everton have made an effort to try and sign the 23-year-old this summer.
It’s claimed Sean Dyche’s side have ‘already approached’ the Bundesliga side to ‘define the details’ of a potential deal for the player. There’s no mention of whether the discussions between the two clubs have been for a loan deal or a permanent transfer.
Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe has three years left on his contract. The report states Eintracht Frankfurt are willing to let the Frenchman leave before the window closes next week.
The Toffees have so far approached Eintracht Frankfurt and are yet to make contact with the former Paris Saint-Germain player. Therefore, RMC Sport say the case needs to be monitored until the end of this window.
Eintracht Frankfurt are open to letting the midfielder leave and Everton have to convince him to get a deal over the line.
