Brought on here and there towards the end of games, Victor Lindelöf isn’t happy with his situation at Manchester United.
The defender made that clear during the international break when speaking to the Swedish media, and there’s a strong chance Erik ten Hag, who doesn’t appear to trust him all that much, will want rid of him in the summer.
Luckily for the Manchester United defender, there are some clubs who appreciate what he has to offer, including Sevilla in Spain, if Fichajes are to be believed.
Having been ‘following him for some time’, Monchi and his team of scouts appear confident Lindelöf can help them going forward.
They plan on promising the Swede a ‘great role’ in the team, which is exactly what he doesn’t have at Manchester United, in hope that he can help sort out what is ‘one of the great weak points’ in Seville following the sales of Diego Carlos and Jules Koundé last summer.
Whether they do make this move depends on where they end up in La Liga’s table, as they currently sit 14th, two points above the relegation zone after 26 games.
