As Liverpool midfielder Allan is unlikely to play for the Reds in 2020, Brazilian clubs continue to have an eye on his situation.
It’s been said many times that Fluminense are interested in renewing his loan deal which ran through 2019, and São Paulo recently joined the race for his signing.
Allan’s contract with Liverpool expires next summer, and that’s why it would make more sense for the Reds to sell him. The player doesn’t have an EU passport or a working visa, so even if Jurgen Klopp wanted to use him, he wouldn’t be able to.
Revista Colorada brings a column claiming Internacional should keep an eye on this situation. It was the Southern club who sold the player to Liverpool back in 2015.
They highlight the fact Fluminense and São Paulo don’t seem to be interested in a permanent move, and that’s why Inter should work on this possibility, perhaps on a pre-contract.
The outlet also recalls that Internacional are letting three defensive midfielders go at the end of the year, so Allan’s arrival would suit them well.
