Karamoko Dembélé made headlines across Europe when he represented Celtic U20s aged 13, in 2016.
After making his senior debut in May 2019, the winger has found first team minutes hard to come by at Celtic, He was restricted to 45 minutes of action across five matches in the 2020/21 season.
This, however, has not stopped the 18-year-old from attracting interest from other clubs and he is now looking for a move away from Celtic Park this summer.
That’s what Bold.dk in Denmark are reporting, and they add FC Nordsjælland have an interest in the Hoops attacker.
The Danish side have had their eyes on the England U18 international for several months. They tried to sign the Celtic player in the winter market, but a deal did not take shape in January due to Brexit.
Despite the failure at the start of this year, ‘the parties have kept in touch’ regarding the possibility of conducting a deal for Dembélé in the summer, when the wideman will have a year left on his Celtic contract.
Nordsjælland are trying to ‘lurk’ Dembélé away from Celtic, and whether or not they will be successful remains to be seen.
