Celtic are keen on signing Bodø/Glimt’s Kasper Høgh and are working on adding him to Martin O’Neill’s squad this summer.
The striker has enjoyed a good run this year, scoring 15 goals and contributing 10 assists. This includes a brace against Manchester City and a goal each against Atlético Madrid and Inter Milan in the Champions League.
His performances have convinced O’Neill’s side to bring him to Celtic Park.

Ipswich Town are keen on signing Celtic’s Daizen Maeda. This has seen Martin O’Neill’s side look for a replacement and they’re now focusing on Kasper Høgh.
Their interest isn’t new, as Celtic looked at the 24-year-old in the winter market. At that time, Norwich City submitted an offer but Bodø/Glimt manager Kjetil Knutsen blocked his exit.
Celtic want to close signing
Kjetil Knutsen’s stance on letting the Dane leave this summer is unclear.
According to Campo, Celtic are ‘trying to finalise a deal’ for Kasper Høgh with all parties. This means Celtic are working to agree terms with both the player and his club.
The outlet says Bodø/Glimt are the ‘financially strongest club’ in Norway and therefore, they won’t let the striker leave cheaply.
Last August, the frontman signed a contract extension until December 2029. His value, as per Transfermarkt, is now €12m.
There’s no mention of the fee needed for Celtic to convince Bodø/Glimt, or whether Høgh is open to moving to Glasgow.
