Germany’s Sport Bild have a feature this week titled ‘Die Neuen Bayern’ and explain how the club plan to refresh their squad over the next year or so.
Bayern Munich links with the Arsenal star have increased over the past week or so, and Sport Bild understands there’s serious interest in a deal. Not only that, the first steps have been taken for a possible summer transfer.
Sport Bild claim ‘first conversations’ have been conducted, and this will be between Bayern Munich and the player’s camp. Conveniently for Bayern, Sanchez’s agent is 
Felice Felicevich, who also represents Arturo Vidal.
However, the German magazine also point out that in 2011 Felicevich used Bayern Munich interest to get more money for Vidal at Juventus, wtih the insinuation being similar could be happening now with Alexis Sanchez and Arsenal.
