The 17-year-old, currently contracted to Galatasaray, is out of contract in the summer, which makes him even more attractive since all the La Liga club would have to pay are ‘formation fees’.
Kapi is said to be in an ‘open conflict’ with Galatasaray because he refuses to extend his current deal, which has caught the attention of Barcelona.
The Catalan club have ‘asked about the possibility of bringing him in’ and those in charge of transfers at the La Liga champions are said to be ‘advancing’ on the matter.
