Today we’ve covered a couple of claims from Italy regarding West Ham and Nahitan Nández.
First up was TMW who talked of a potential offer from the Hammers which would see them loan the midfielder until the summer, and then have an obligation to make the transfer permanent for €40m.
Then we covered claims from Gazzetta dello Sport, who had it a little differently. They reported West Ham could consider a last minute loan move, with an obligation to buy set at €30m.
It was believed such a figure may tempt Cagliari, who only signed the player in the last summer window.
On Tuesday evening, TMW report an offer from West Ham has now arrived ‘on the Cagliari table’.
They again put the figure at €40m, including bonuses, but this time they don’t mention anything about a potential loan.
Given what TMW clearly believe is strong interest from the Premier League club, it’s made clear that a transfer shouldn’t be ruled out this week.
Both Nández and Cagliari are ‘reflecting carefully’.
